WHAT WE
DO!
• helps fund the Activity Bus for after-school activities, such as sports, language, science fair project work, and more!
• provides snacks and refreshments for school-run events, such as Reading Night, Math Night, 5th Grade Promotion, etc.
• makes sure the staff gets appreciated during Teacher Appreciation Week.
• serves hot cocoa to our wonderful patrols in the cold winter months.
• runs fun social events such as dances, International Night, etc.
• gives you a voice to advocate for your own child.
WHY
JOiN?
• It takes a village to raise our children and the Galway Lions PTA is the organization that will give you a voice!
The PTA (Parent Teacher Association) advocates for your children on the county, state, and national level.
• Joining the Galway Lions PTA shows your kids that school and their education is important to you!
• Your membership dues help the PTA fund the Activity Bus for after-school events; social events; and much much more.
